Last Friday, June 27th, we hosted a sampling event outside the UPC University – Chorrillos campus, engaging with students and passersby to introduce them to TerraFoods and, most importantly, listen to their feedback.
This activation not only allowed us to showcase our products, but also gave us valuable insights into our packaging—its design, ease of use, clarity of information, and the visibility of key elements such as the logo, product name, ingredients, and preparation instructions.
From this experience, we compiled a summary of key takeaways that helped us adjust and enhance the TerraFoods packaging—making it clearer, more practical, and more aligned with what our consumers truly value.
Additionally, this direct interaction gave us useful insights into what to communicate on our social media channels and how to do it.
Understanding what our future customers are looking for is essential to us—because creating new ways to feel well starts with listening.
